any change in hours. Tech Support is closed Saturday, Sunday

Support may be closed due to unforeseen emergencies
(i.e., weather conditions). In the event of such
emergencies, every effort will be made to notify
customers of the reason for closure and anticipated
time of reopening. If a solution to the problem
can't be found in one day, customers will be notified
via e-mail or phone of estimated time of recovery.
Only an account holder can initiate a customer
support call. Account holder will be notified
24 hrs prior to any planned system shutdown by
e-mail.
