Just a reminder to all email users that the phishing emails are still floating around. Waypoint will
NEVER send you an email asking you to reset your email settings. This is always done only at your request and via phone or in person. If you receive an email like this please delete ir right away and also clear it from your "Deleted Items" folder. We do apologize for this continued inconvenience and are working hard and catching them all before they arrive in your inbox.
A current phishing email that may be circulating to Waypoint
customers has come to the attention of staff. Below is an
example of the subject and body of the email:
Subject: End of Aug. Stat. Required
Hallo,
as reqeusted I give you inovices issued to you per sept.
Regards
As you can see from the spelling errors and the greeting
this message has not originated from Waypoint. Also there is
an attachment on this email that is a .zip file. Waypoint
will never send an invoice as a .zip file. It will always be
in the form of a .pdf file.
If you happen to receive an erroneous message similar to the
one above please delete the email and do not open the
attachment.
We are working daily to find and stop all such emails.

Welcome to the new homepage for Waypoint. As you might
have noticed there is a new look to our website. We have
tried to make the appearance and navigation of the site a
little more user friendly.
One immediate change of note is that the web mail login is now at the top of the
page but the process is still the same. Insert your user
name and password and click the "Check Mail" button to
access your webmail portal.
Another new feature is on our Support > Office Location
page where you will see a map to our office as well as
the mailing address located on the same page.
A few other things have changed such as:
- We now offer DSL Service in 90% to 95% of all the Qwest
marketplaces.
- Waypoint can now help you with any changes to your Qwest
services.
We are striving to improve our services so that we may
better serve our customers. Our goal is to give you the
best experience possible and to make it a pleasant one.

changed ownership. Vernon Howard purchased the company from
Bobby DuBois. He is committed to continuing the exceptional
service that you have become accustomed to while Bobby was
the owner. Many of you have known Vern for a while now as he
was the technical support person under Bobby for the two
years prior to the change of ownership. |
